Healing letter to myself

Dear Me: Learning to Love Myself Loudly

Dear Me,

I know you whisper at night when no one hears. I know how many times you’ve stared at the mirror, not liking what you saw —not your skin, not your thoughts, not even your smile. You’ve tried to shrink yourself, stay silent, be easy to love. But love, real love, was never meant to be earned by disappearing.

So here’s the truth:

You are not too loud. Too sensitive. Too dreamy. You're just you — and that's never been too much. You're the wildflower growing between cracks, the moon that shines even when no one’s looking. You are still becoming — and that's a sacred thing.

It's okay if you don't have it all figured out.

 It's okay to cry.
It's okay to fall apart.

It's okay to feel deeply. Because feelings don’t make you weak — they make you humanAnd humans are meant to be felt, not fixed.

So promise me this:

Don’t silence your heart to make others comfortable.
Don’t shrink just to fit.
Stand tall. Speak up. Shine messy.

Because you, my dear — are worth loving loudly.

Till then, here’s a little poem just for you:

Zindagi ke har pal mein, ek nayi awaaz hoon,
Na kam hoon kisi se, ek khaas andaaz hoon.
Roke na koi jazbaat mere,
Main khud mein ek poora raaz hoon.

Love, Me
